| The Prayers were
formed around the songwriting partnership of Hugh McLachlan (vocals) and
Colin Murray (Guitars) playing their first gig in October 1987. The other
original members are Andy Muirry (drums) and John Connor (bass). Bob Gregor
replaced John on bass in 1991. The Prayers only managed to release 5 songs in their 4 years or so their existence but these 5 songs, a fitting testimony. If you are unfamiliar with The Prayers check out the reviews and samples. * Apologies to John Connor for omitting his credit on the CD release. |

Well, that's the way I see it, but its not fair to compare this band to anyone! - That Essence Rare fanzine |
